Joining
A tire manufacturer who imports tires, manufactures tires or retreads used tires may delegate the producer responsibility to the producer responsibility organization. To do this, a contract must be signed to join the producer responsibility organization MTÜ Rehviringlus.
MTÜ Rehviringlus is responsible for ensuring that the collection and reuse of tires placed on the market by its affiliated manufacturers is properly organized. The affiliated producer shall pay the organization a recovery fee for the total mass of tires it has placed or produced on the market.
